I've already registered but it tells me I've entered an invalid email address or password!
The registration for this particular game is completely separate from the login information you use to access your local media partner's Members Area. Also, accounts from previous games do NOT carry over. You should create a new account in the game itself if you haven't already done so.
I keep seeing the login screen after each page, it won't keep me logged in
PickManager uses cookies to remember your login information after each page. Be sure to enable cookies in your browser. Some personal firewalls, such as ZoneAlarm, can sometimes block cookies.
How do I enable cookies in my browser?
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools->Internet Options. Then click on the privacy tab and lower the settings.
In Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools->Options. Then click on the privacy tab and make sure Allow Cookies is checked.
It usually only takes 1-5 minutes for the reset email to arrive. Sometimes the email is tagged as "junk" or "spam", so be sure to check your junk mail folder.
